I have had a policy with Lloyds nows for a few years and always pay monthly. Yesterday I purchased a new car and wanted the same cover. The new quote shot up and they wanted £450 there and then, because they said I could not pay monthly on this car. I had not got that sort of money so had to pay a £50 cancellation fee. I will never deal with this company again and are in the process of changing my bank account to someone else.
