My account has been blocked for no appyreason I have sent 30 emails and no reply I have called to be told that I have to wait for relevant team to email me I can’t get access to my money and no heatin or food in house I have disability and heart problems Pockit is divans I will be getting account elsewhere in meantime I can’t get to my money don’t use this bank
