Excellent service from start to finish from all members of staff that we dealt with.

We have recently taken out a 'buy for university' mortgage with Bath BS. From start to finish, all of your staff have been absolutely excellent but a particular shout out to Ian Birch, Rebekka and Jalani (the latter, both in the mortgage admin team). Our application was not that straightforward and under short timescales but the support of your staff could not have been better. I'm also aware that there were many staff that I did not engage directly with that supported our application. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Fantastic service through unique circumstances

We took out a stage release mortgage with Bath to finance our housebuild. Communication was quick and clear throughout, particularly at the end of the build stage as the mortgage switched to a different product and everyone we dealt with at Bath was supportive and professional in helping us to source the best deal. No complaints about how Nick treated the call. very friendly and personal but disappointed with the outcome as there seems to be no good reason why a person handicapped through dementia (itself a mental illness) is treated differently when it comes to mortgages to someone with an equally permanent mental disability where both sets of family have lasting power of attorney or in our case deputyship in terms of lifetime mortgages. It does seem discriminatory and contrary to the DDA Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

I have been a loyal customer of Bath Building Society for several years. In my opinion, the Bath Building Society is the epitome of excellence.
