PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THESE ABSOLUTE COWBOYS!!!! Purchased a car from a VW dealer with a fault. Sent the car into VW and they replaced a wheel bearing. Fault was still present on the car to be told it was a characteristic. 3 months later the financial ombudsman have agreed in my favour. Alphera have no clue on the UK law. They have also now stopped replying to the Financial Ombudsman!! absolutely awful company. Now left with no car to use and no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG YOU'RE ALONE!!!!
