Please, whatever you do never take out a mortgage with this company. I recently applied for the standard covid-19 payment holiday because my tenant was struggling, they approved it, and now have recorded a missed payment against my credit file. I called them, explained the situation, was promised a call back and almost a week later have they called me? Of course not! I'm sure they'll be constructing some ridiculous excuse to justify screwing up my credit report at such a difficult time for everyone around the country
