Cashback is earnt on everyday spending so you don't have to spend in specific stores (although if you do you will earn more). It is easy to see how much you have, and to redeem. Customer service is excellent, although I can't comment on the interest rates as I pay this card off every month in full. Natwest really look after me both in branch and over the phone. I am made to feel important although I don't have a lot of cash, and I will remain loyal to Natwest as long as this excellent service continues.
