My investment has matured on my one year investmwnt. Metro bank tells me I have to visit my branch even though I'm 78,
disaabled and in lockdown. I have to open an internet bank account.which comes through the post!
They are still holding on to my life's savings
Utterly unacceptable
Don't go any where near this bank.To add to the misery everyone of the seven people I spoke to was rude and aggressive
