Good renewal price which was very competitive - in the past I have found with some companies that the renewal goes sky high and I keep changing every year!

Opened a new ISA this year with Barclays, wasn't sure which product was right for me but got good advice and went with ISA. easy to use online too which is great for me.

Changed to Aviva after price comparison, also got a bonus cashback through another site. Good levels of cover compared to some other companies too e.g. personal belongings allowance.
