Completed finance but they registered 2 missed payments.

At the beginning of April I arranged collection of a car after the PCP agreement completed, due to COVID they were unable to collect until mid June, they have finally collected but I had to tax and insure the car to cover for 3 months. I recieved a request for payment for excess mileage on the same day thay I recieved an alert that they had tanked my credit rating by 200 points for missed payments they are not due.
