Appalling experience trying to open an account. Sent additional ID proof which didn't seem to arrive, so provided it again by email. Opening account letter said I had 14 days to make a deposit, which I did, but when I couldn't access the account I was told it was because I hadn't used it in time! Absolute rubbish service; I'll be going elsewhere.
