I had a claim with Direct Line and their service was outstanding. Not only was I in a carless situation on my precious car, but this was my first claim as a young driver so was initially not used to the process. Direct Line was there to recover my vehicle, arranged a hire vehicle as comes as standard in the policy! Great efficient and high quality service and would recommend to anyone.
