I've been with Bank of Scotland and then HBOS for more than 20 years now. In the time, they've been slow to respond to internet banking, their website is not very intuitive, and their bank and credit card statements are not easy to print out and export. Plus they have refused to divest from certain ethically dubious businesses and individuals. They're not terrible, but I think they could be doing a lot better.

Zopa helped me to consolidate my debts into a single monthly payments, which made managing them much easier. I found the process quite easy and painless to handle.
