This is a good card for holidays as they don't make a currency card so I only really use it abroad. What does annoy me a little is their website as I've found it near impossible to pay the bills online which is inconvenient, as a result I've set up a direct debit instead to avoid any fees and the website

We got a quote online for our flat, contents only, which was significantly less than other quotations we had found. It was easy to quote though our walls are not standard construction and I did find it difficult to find anyone in aviva who seemed to understand the statement of fact. Not needed to claim yet so I suppose time will tell if any good

You get good benefits with the points however there is a charge for use abroad and their website isn't the most user friendly

Good card with the bonus of collecting hilton points which really add up. Only problem is the call centre which is slow and doesn't seem uk based

I have kept a basic account despite constantly being asked to take an account where you pay a monthly fee. The benefits for the fee account aren't worth it for me and the basic account functions perfectly well, the online banking is easy to use and direct debits/payments etc take seconds to arrange. This account gives me everything I need

I recently passed my driving test and although not young (28) I struggled to find cover on a comparison site for under £1000. I tried the Aviva site and got it for under £400 (although I added some extras so came to just over this). The quote was easy to get and the info clear - they even sent a text you could keep on your phone with your policy number and contact details. It was also far easier to use than the comparison sites and the cover was better (some dreadful hidden excesses on other sites). Overall very impressed and I got £80 cash back through quidco.
