As a bank Barclays used to be amazing with customer service however as recent I have experienced somewhat questionable service with far too many 'computer glitches' for a bank. I have had both standing orders and direct debits been changed and fail with nothing to do with me. Their refusal to support Android Pay is just annoying, their service and app on Android is a sham compared with iOS.
I'm disappointed Barclays has gone downhill so much..

I switched from Barclays after about 8 years and haven't looked back, a great professional easy to use service. Fair fees and support of all latest technologies..
