I have been really pleased the service from the co-opertive bank. My kids have accounts and received freebies on opening the accounts. They get regular 3 monthly statements and bonus's at the end of the year. Both in branch and on the phone staff have always been helpful.

I opted for RAC breakdown cover due to a special cashback offer via the Quidco website. They were offering an excellent deal with the cashback which made me decide to take the cover. However I had many issues trying to claim the cashback and quidco blamed the RAC. I was also very unhappy to find out the auto renew the membership.
