I opened a Fixed Rate Saver which had a great interest rate (5%). The online process was really easy and moving money from my bank to the credit union so simple. I now feel like I've made a sensible financial decision but one which helps others in my community.

We used a loan from BCU to buy a second hand car. Then a couple of years later, our other car needed to be replaced. BCU were very flexible and allowed us to increase our loan, but stick to the same monthly repayments over a longer time. This really helped.
