Autonet tried to levy an additional premium for a 'claim' that didn't exist. When email documentation was sent to them to disprove this 'claim' they chose to ignore it 3 times. Subsequent telephone calls were also ignored and promised call backs never materialised. I'll never use this shambolic outfit again.
