Like others reviews I had my holiday cut short. We didn't claim on the cancelled flights as that's down to the airline. We only asked for the flight home and some out of pocket expenses. 4 months later still getting excuses! Have been paying monthly for 7 years and never had to claim before. I have everything with Barclays and as a loyal customer I expected better!
