I broken my screen when coming out of hospital phoned them straight away the man I spoken to was great told him I’ve just had a tumour removed and I smashed my screen by accident he told me where to go online within hours they accepted my claim and have sent out my phone which it coming tomorrow so 2 days and they sorted it out can’t thank them enough people write bad reviews but at the end of the day lots of claims are fraudulent so they have to do there job anyway thanks guys j x
