The company handled my claim professionally and talked me through every step of the process. it could've been handled quicker, but that's the only issue.

When I joined, I was invited with a £100 swap over. The credit checks came back perfect but they never did give the reward to me.
The branch in Haverfordwest is a nightmare! They keep changing the queue positions and what's the point in having three windows when only one is open! People wishing to deposit cash get in the way because of the poorly placed cash deposit machine. I hate going into branch.
