Never had any problems with this account, it's always consistently great. The overdraft is great and offers me flexibility with my money, without any hefty charges occurring. The online banking app is wonderful and makes my life very easy.

Never had any trouble with this account or the bank! Always there to help, literally can not think of anything to fault! On the occasions I have needed to call there customer service team, which is very rarely, they're always lovely and helpful. Would recommend! The internet banking service is miles above the rest as well, I have worked in the customer care team in another bank, which I won't mention, so I know how miles above the rest santander are!

If I'm being honest I originally got an account with Santander because they gave the best student free stuff. I got a free rail card, that's a third of your travel and when you're a student who wouldn't want that?! I have stuck with them because they have great customer service and have always helped me when in need! Will be banking with them for years to come!
