Have held current account for 12 years. They are the best bank by far. Easy to use online... When using phone staff are polite, efficient and have a real conversation with you. Would never change banks. They are fabulous

Had read about zopa but never considered them before. Took out a loan at a competitive rate. Very quick and painless. Good correspondence throughout. Highly recommended
