It took over 6 months for the mortgage team to sort out the account, even though the bereavement team has passed on all of the information required, twice.
There was a series lack of communication and so much red tape. I was passed from department to department and no one could help. In what was a very distressing time anyway, having to deal with this for 6 months (whilst still getting letters addressed to the deceased) was overwhelming.
I really hope that my complaint has made them reevaluate their processes as I would hate for someone else to experience what I went through

It was so quick and easy to purchase! It provided cover from when I wanted it and gave great peace of mind. The price was reasonable and I was very happy with the follow up reminders!
