Absolutely shocking. The insurance app can't handle someone having 2 policies. Trying to make changes to my car insurance which they will only let you do online, but the policy isn't there. Call centre was useless. 2 hours on hold. Get your insurance elsewhere. They know their app is sh1t. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020
