The process of insuring our holiday home is trouble free, to date we have not had a need to make a claim but are reassured that a claim would be trouble free.

I haven’t needed to claim so can’t describe that process but I was impressed with the clear and easy to follow process for buying the insurance, the excellent website, their quick response to my initial enquiry and their fair treatment of returning clients.

Since owning a static caravan, after many years of touring, I needed different insurance. I’m someone who researches the pros and cons and have used various companies but the experience of insuring with Ripe had been the best so far. The whole process was hassle free. Thankfully I’ve not made a claim so I can’t rate that part of the service................
