Good as a company who pay out without making you jump through hoops, but you pay for the privilege! I wish I'd just put the money aside as the price increases have been extortionate through the years! My cats are now too old to swap insurance suppliers.

Have had no reason to leave them in 30 years! They don't hassle me, they have been very helpful when I've needed something sorted, and I feel they are reliable. Recommended.

Have always found their staff helpful and efficient. Been with Natwest for nearly 30 years and have no intention of leaving. They have been helpful with a loan once before, and I've changed my name and address a couple of times with no probs (unlike some other banks, etc I'm with).
