All they want is to take your money. Made a mistake with my no claims, I actually had more than I realised. Tried to contact them via email when I received my no claims certificate and forwarded it on to them, but my messages were ignored. Even tried to telephone, but was confronted with a very rude customer service representative.
Now I am paying more for my insurance than I should be and all my attempts to contact them are being ignored. Very unprofessional. Stay away!
