I have been with Pet Plan ever since we had our first dog in 2005 . The service has always been impeccable. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. Claims have never been disputed and paid within 2-3 days . We now have 4 rescue dogs who are also insured with Pet Plan and I would not dream of going anywhere else
