I’ve had a policy with mipet for almost 2 years and have fortunately not needed to make a claim but it is comforting to know that my boy has excellent cover at an affordable price and the customer service is fantastic. I’ve moved twice and needed to make updates about my address but also general updates to my policy and it has always been super easy and such helpful and friendly staff! I will definitely be a mipet customer for a long time and thoroughly recommend their services for people looking for the best care for their fur children
