Like many others here, I was trying to cancel my policy which was due for renewal. Waited for hours and still couldn't get through their only customer service. No email or live chat as an alternative means of communication. Decided to simply cancel my direct debit. Waiting for their reply to see if they claim charges from me. Shocking! Avoid these scumbags at all cost if you don't want to go through the same ordeal.
