I am an annual renewal customer, so when we booked a villa that was outside our policy, I rang them to ask about an early renewal. They said this couldn't be done and just to renew 28 days before the policy was due to end; they assured me our holiday would be covered (honoured was the word they used! So when I did ring to renew they said that this was no longer the case, but they renewed me anyway, offered me a discount (to apologise) and persuaded me to also pay for 'no excess'. When I was unable to access the villa due to my flights having been cancelled, The Post office have refused to pay out. Two other members of my party have been reimbursed by their insurance companies in exactly the same situation. I will never again use or recommend this company - shame on them, their service is a disgrace. Look elsewhere.
