Katie Scrase very helpful but we are only ever informed of anything after multiple chases.
To be informed completion was being worked to for the 3rd, to then only find out they may not even lend to us due to Japanese Knotweed. Even though a mortgage offer was submitted to us 1 month prior to this and no mention at all of that. Also the management treatment plan for the knotweed shows no areas of concern and is fully comprehensive. Also all other houses on the development have sold.
To have this dropped on us on the 11th hour has caused considerable confusion and stress .
