I've tried to set up a direct debit for a minimum payment, but for some reason it didn't go trough so had to pay for a late payment fee... not fair

Every time I had to call them the customer service was just awful. Never helpful or happy to fix the problem, the cards were getting damaged very easily. Had to cancel my credit card with them
