Unprofessional and non- contactable

I have spoken to their customer service people in the past but, in these Covid times, their help lines are unmanned. My emails also go unanswered. Best to withdraw every penny before they ‘review’ (freeze and prevent access to) your account. I can’t even get them to close my account - but at least they can no longer charge me for an account that I can’t use. And if they finally contact me I shall go straight to the FSA.
