Numerous time now of card rendered unusable after trying to use online and can take over 24 hours to sort out. To get it sorted out can take up to one and a half hours on the phone to start the procedure.
I have had a Co op card for many years for ethical reasons but now it is getting to the stage now it is unusable online.
