I have been with FD almost since inception ands whilst not being trouble free most issues have been sorted quickly and amicably.
General banking experience has to be five stars but FD is let down by it's Ap' and online banking interface. Ap' is somewhat limited and the online Log-in is so complex rendering it useless to me. But the phone banking is as good as ever.

Used Barclays Partner Finance some years ago to purchase a home improvement product. 'Barclays' contacted us without prompting to inform us that a review was in place and we where due a refund.
