What you see is what you get with FD. Over the years they've invested in improving their app and to this day I feel confident as a customer to manage my finances via the app or online. On rare occasions I call up. No frills, no added bits and bobs but it works and I'm happy :)

The concept of P2P lending is becoming a far more credible form of lending and earning interest as we lose more and more trust with traditional banks and opt for banking methods from our fellow citizens. Where others were intrusive Zopa made me feel like it was ok to take out a loan. Fast, simple and effective. The whole experience feels fair as it's from the people. Thank you Zopa!
