It is the best business bank offering a free, reliable and convenient service. It has one or two drawbacks such as when you deposit cash as a self employed worker through a post office, they will charge you and you can deposit maximum £20.000 annually if I am not wrong. If they can fix this, it is the best bank overall in UK I think. Open one in minutes!

I have never had such a good experience before with any other bank.
Such easy and simple to use interface with brilliant features such as instant notifications, instant card freeze, wonderful customer support, spending manager and custom app integrations, and much more that I cannot even name!
They listen to our feedback and carefully weigh our enquiries such as my previous inquiry of planting a tree when referring someone.
They are always updating and putting more effort into the app with security and accessibility features.

The only improvement I can suggest is if they can provide a credit card and remove the unnecessary limits such as £20.000 deposit limit annually etc. which I hope they will do by time.
Refer a friend and plant a tree, don't know what else to ask for!
