Unable to travel to Europe in 2020 because of Covid. Worried about the inactivity fees for 18 months non-use so rang the Sainsbury's cash passport helpline. Told I just needed to show activity - suggest adding £10. Did this. Now find I am being charged £2 a month inactivity. Topping the card up doesn't count! I need to go and make a purchase using the card today.
