I was really keen to stay with The Vernon, because when the pandemic struck and nobody knew what the future would hold, I felt that they understood me as a customer and wanted to do everything possible to alleviate our concerns. At this time I had spoken to a woman called Kathy who had called me back and been really efficient. When our mortgage was then due to be renewed I had a fantastic service from Diana and was pleased to be able to stay with The Vernon on a decent fixed rate. There's a lot to be said for feeling like a person rather than a statistic and because of that I have stayed with The Vernon.
