Felt all disjointed and very uninformed as a consumer. The queries I had were not fully dealt with and I didn't feel as though Monzo cared about my issue.

Just the best bank ever, so glad I switched from a high street bank. I would say there is no reason for anyone with a phone not to. The innovative functions and speedy alerts make it the most informative and accessible bank.
