Opening a Home Saver Account took a long time.

The account was easy to apply for online as I was already a NBS customer. The account showed up immediately when I logged in but I didn’t receive a message from NBS to confirm I could pay into it as I was supposed to. I rang after several days to ask if I could pay money in and spoke to a very helpful man but when he checked for me he said not to pay in yet. It was several days later before I got the OK to pay money in. I’m surprised it took so long as I was an existing customer. Reviewed on: 30th April 2021

So nice to actually speak to somebody local.

I filled out an application form on line but had to be contacted a couple of times by phone and email. Each time the contact was from someone at my local branch, always prompt and friendly. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 5th February 2021
