Thankfully only had to make one claim. My cat injured his leg as soon as he finished treatment the vet sent the relevant paper work and pay out was in full and fast.

Prices and products are excellent. Fast and straight forward and the interest is so cheap compared to other company's. Customer service is also brilliant would defiantly recommend to others.
