I moved over from nationwide due to high overdraft charges. Starling have been excellent on every level and I haven't missed having a branch, if anything it's even easier.

Really bad experience with setting it up in the first place. Took a card with balance transfer and cash transfer 0% offers. The cash transfer was 12 months free. Over the course of 12 months more than paid that balance, but they'd assigned every payment to the debt with the longer interest free period. Terrible customer service and far from treating customers fairly.
