IPF were able to quickly provide us with a mortgage approval within weeks which was much appreciated as we were very close to our deadline. Communication throughout was excellent as well as Louis Cornwell's professionalism. I especially appreciated the full service provided including recommendations for banks and buildings insurance which assisted us in a speedy completion. I would highly recommend them!
