Consistently try to raise premiums YoY then bring them down when challenged. I don't trust them to treat customers fairly despite the regulation.

Not obvious how to get in touch e.g. for giving notice in the account. Sending emails seem the be the best way. This could be a lot slicker. But the service received has been very good.
