Terrible bank with NO customer service

Good luck trying to get through to anyone at this bank when you have - £14 in your dormant bank account, and can't transfer any funds to the account because Lloyds have closed your account and referred the small money to their collections department. You can try and call them, but you'll be waiting for a LONG time, it will take many many calls, and ALL of the people you DO get to speak to won't be able to help you. I'm a 25 year old who works very long hours.. I had -£14 in my dormant current account, and while I was frantically trying to reach someone to get the balance settled, Lloyds were busy closing down my account so it was impossible for me to transfer money to the account and filing a derogatory mark on my credit report. Disingenuous bank who doesn't care about anyone. A terrible high street bank, with terrible customer service. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
