It is a nightmare dealing with Halifax. the staff are okay once you get into a branch but otherwise it is immensely frustrating dealing with their products. More than once they have got into an incredible muddle because the left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing and I have had to spend hours with customer service. .

Completely impersonal experience. they keep stopping my card from working without telling me because of security checks, and then it is difficult to get it re-established. The staff do their best, I think they are outsourced, but it is just a dispiriting experience dealing with them.
