Changed from undergraduate to postgraduate (i.e. still a student), so had to extend my student account with interest free overdraft. They honoured the student railcard offer which was running four years ago when I opened the account, despite it not being offered anymore.

Having had financial difficulties many years ago, they were amazing and spent hours with me sorting it all out and finding the right services and account for me. I have never had any complaints and I was even with Abbey national before the takeover, very happy.

I decided that I needed to inform the bank that I was redundant and looking for work I know that last post is at 4:30 so when the next day after the 3:00 meeting when a letter arrived telling me they had closed my credit line I knew what the "manager" had been typing during our interview
I would like to see these tax avoiding gits get their comeuppance

I have been with Natwest since I was 11 years old, I'm now nearly 28 and they have yet to give me a reason to leave! Definitely would recommend to any students - their student account is fantastic!
