Account is ok however if you are looking for an app to check your account details then don't go for Lloyds. The online banking is fine but I have had huge issues with the app. Always has errors when trying to check your statements.

Good everyday card, the rates are relly high though once the initial offer period has lapsed so don't forget to switch or pay it all off beforehand. Easy online account too and ability to add cash to bank account for a fee.

From the very beginning Ratesetter were absolutely clear on how they could help and the rates are good, the process was smooth and easy to follow making it a pleasant transaction. In fact I returned to top up and transfer another lender to them so everything is in one place.
